Samana Developers, an award-winning real estate development company based in Dubai, has inaugurated a new office in Abu Dhabi. The grand opening occurred on January 8 and was attended by high-profile figures, real estate professionals, investors, influencers, and media representatives. This move comes in response to the growing demand for luxury properties in Abu Dhabi and aims to enhance the company’s services offered to brokers and real estate investors.
The office, located on the ground floor of Al Falah Tower, houses more than 40 consultants and real estate experts to provide exceptional services to the company’s clients in Abu Dhabi, who currently account for a significant share of up to 20% of sales.
The new office provides direct support and access to the latest information, allowing potential buyers to explore projects through detailed visual presentations. Samana Developers hopes to expand its client base in Abu Dhabi following the strong demand for its projects and the notable price increases its developments in Dubai have experienced.
Imran Farooq, CEO of Samana Developers, stated at the office’s grand opening:
“We are delighted to announce the launch of our new office in Abu Dhabi as Dubai’s primary real estate market surpasses record levels, exceeding 180,900 transactions with a total value of AED 552.1 billion. This strategic move underscores our commitment to leveraging the dynamic growth of the UAE’s real estate sector and delivering exceptional living experiences to our valued clients.”
In addition to becoming the seventh-largest real estate developer in the UAE, Samana Developers has recently entered the global market through its partnership with renowned international designer Elie Saab on a new luxury project, “Samana Ocean Views with Interiors by Elie Saab”, in the Maldives. This project spans over 507,651 square feet and is valued at AED 2.2 billion.
