Al Shezawi: The International Property Show exhibition contributes to achieving the objectives of the Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033.
The real estate market in Dubai is witnessing remarkable development and high demand for properties, driven by several factors, most notably continuous population growth and economic and tourism developments in the emirate. Additionally, foreign investments play a significant role in boosting the real estate market, as Dubai has long been considered the heartbeat of real estate investment in the region.
The Dubai government continues to support the real estate sector through initiatives and policies to foster an attractive investment environment characterized by transparency, flexible regulations, and competitive incentives. This contributes to increasing investor confidence in the real estate market in Dubai, making it a good option for investors seeking sustainable returns on real estate investments. Prominent and vibrant areas in Dubai, such as Downtown and the Smart City, are expected to continue attracting the highest property values.
Dubai’s hosting of the 21st edition of the International Property Show (IPS) 2025, the leading global platform in the real estate field, from April 14 to 16, 2025, aligns with the vision and directions of the emirate. Recently, Dubai announced the launch of the Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033 to enhance its global leadership in one of the most vital sectors by fostering collaboration with the private sector and international companies and managing real estate portfolios.
With each edition of the International Property Show, this status is renewed and strengthened, as the world gathers to explore and innovate in real estate, enhancing Dubai’s leadership as a global hub redefining standards of living and investment. Dubai boasts a tremendous diversity in its real estate projects, from towering skyscrapers to sustainable residential communities, making IPS the ideal platform to showcase this diversity and sector innovations, positioning it as the primary driver of growth and development in the global real estate market.
The exhibition brings together real estate developers, buyers, investors, banks, and brokers under one roof to promote real estate projects and investment opportunities. It also facilitates the building of new business relationships and the expansion of professional networks, contributing to the sealing of real estate deals and potential partnerships. Moreover, it serves as a platform for exchanging knowledge and expertise and staying updated on the latest trends and innovative technologies in construction, design, and real estate development, such as smart building technology and sustainable design.
The International Property Show 2025 exhibition, which is witnessing significant developments in participant engagement, aims to attract over 16,000 visitors and more than 150 real estate exhibitors from over 45 countries worldwide. The agenda for the 21st edition of the exhibition, which will span three days, includes numerous activities organized annually alongside the introduction of new events.
